For Customers: These terms apply when you use the LoyalSiBes appointment booking system, loyalty rewards program, or any services provided through our platform by participating businesses.
1. Introduction
Welcome to LoyalSiBes! These Customer Terms of Use ("Terms") explain the rules and guidelines when you use our appointment booking app, join loyalty programs, or interact with businesses that use LoyalSiBes.
LoyalSiBes provides technology that helps Filipino businesses manage customer loyalty programs and appointments. When you book an appointment or join a loyalty program, you're interacting with the business directly through our platform.
By using our customer-facing services (appointment booking app, loyalty program features), you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Available to You
As a customer, you can use LoyalSiBes to:
- Book Appointments: Schedule appointments with participating businesses online 24/7
- Join Loyalty Programs: Earn points for purchases and visits
- Track Your Points: Check your points balance anytime
- Redeem Rewards: Use your points for discounts, freebies, or special offers
- Receive Notifications: Get appointment reminders, special offers, and birthday greetings (if you opt in)
- View Your History: See your past appointments and transactions
- Check In: Quick digital check-in for your appointments
3. Creating Your Account
3.1 Registration
To use LoyalSiBes customer services, you'll need to provide:
- Phone Number (Required): Used to identify you and send appointment reminders
- Name (Optional): Helps businesses provide personalized service
- Email (Optional): For email notifications and receipts
- Birth Date (Optional): To receive special birthday rewards
3.2 Accurate Information
Please provide accurate information. Incorrect contact details may result in:
- Missed appointment reminders
- Lost rewards or points
- Inability to contact you about important updates
3.3 Account Security
Keep your phone number and login credentials secure. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact the business immediately.
4. Appointment Booking
4.1 How Booking Works
When you book an appointment through LoyalSiBes:
- You're making a reservation directly with the business
- The business sets available times, services, and policies
- You'll receive confirmation via SMS or email
- You may receive a reminder before your appointment
4.2 Booking Fees
Some businesses may charge a small booking fee when you book through the app:
- Booking fees help maintain the appointment system
- Fees vary based on the business's subscription plan
- You'll see the fee amount before confirming your booking
- Booking fees are typically ₱10-₱30 per appointment
- Some businesses may waive fees for loyal customers
4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Your Responsibilities:
- Cancel Early: If you can't make it, cancel as soon as possible
- Advance Notice: Many businesses require 24-hour advance notice
- Respect Their Time: Last-minute cancellations affect small businesses
- Rescheduling: You can usually reschedule through the app
4.4 No-Show Policy
If you don't show up for your appointment without canceling:
- The business may mark you as a "no-show"
- Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions
- You may lose the ability to book online with that business
- Some businesses may charge a no-show fee
4.5 Business Changes or Cancellations
The business may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to emergencies, staff availability, or other reasons. They will notify you as soon as possible. LoyalSiBes is not responsible for business cancellations.
5. Loyalty Programs and Rewards
5.1 How Points Work
When you join a business's loyalty program:
- Earn Points: Get points for purchases, visits, or appointments
- Point Value: Each business decides how many points you earn
- Track Progress: Check your balance anytime through the app
- No Expiration: Points don't expire while your account is active
5.2 Redeeming Rewards
When you have enough points:
- Browse available rewards in the app
- Redeem rewards when making a purchase or booking
- Tell the business you want to use your reward
- Points are deducted immediately upon redemption
- Redeemed rewards cannot be refunded for points
5.3 Customer Tiers
Many businesses have tier levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold):
- Automatic Progression: Move up tiers as you earn more points
- Better Rewards: Higher tiers may unlock exclusive rewards
- Special Treatment: VIP perks like priority booking or discounts
5.4 Program Changes
Businesses can modify their loyalty programs:
- Change point values or redemption rates
- Add or remove rewards
- Modify tier requirements
- Update program terms
You'll be notified of significant changes, and your existing points balance will be honored.
6. Your Privacy and Data
6.1 What Information is Collected
When you use LoyalSiBes, we collect:
- Phone number (required for account identification)
- Name, email, birth date (if you provide them)
- Appointment history and preferences
- Purchase history and points earned
- Rewards redeemed
6.2 How Your Data is Used
Your information is used to:
- Process appointments and transactions
- Track your loyalty points and rewards
- Send appointment reminders and notifications (if you opt in)
- Provide better service and personalized experiences
- Help businesses understand their customers (anonymized data)
6.3 Who Has Access to Your Data
The Business: The business you're interacting with can see your appointment history, purchase history, and points balance with them.
LoyalSiBes: We can see your data only to provide the service (appointment booking, points tracking). We never sell your data to third parties.
Other Businesses: Your data with one business is NOT shared with other businesses using LoyalSiBes. Each loyalty program is separate.
6.4 Your Privacy Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update incorrect information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- Object: Opt out of marketing messages anytime
- Portability: Export your data to another service

7. Communications and Notifications
7.1 Types of Messages
You may receive:
- Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations (cannot be opted out)
- Promotional Messages: Special offers, new rewards, events (you can opt out)
- Birthday Greetings: Special birthday rewards (if you provided your birth date)
- Service Updates: Important changes to the loyalty program
7.2 How to Opt Out
To stop receiving promotional messages:
- Reply "STOP" to any SMS message
- Click "Unsubscribe" in email messages
- Update notification preferences in your account settings
- Contact the business directly
Note: You'll still receive important transactional messages (appointment reminders, cancellations) even if you opt out of promotional messages.
8. Acceptable Behavior
8.1 Be Respectful
When using LoyalSiBes, please:
- Be honest and provide accurate information
- Show up for your appointments or cancel in advance
- Treat business staff with respect
- Use the platform for legitimate purposes only
8.2 Don't Abuse the System
The following are not allowed:
- Creating fake accounts to earn extra points
- Sharing or selling your account to others
- Making multiple bookings to block availability
- Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
- Harassing business staff through the platform
- Attempting to hack or breach the system
- Using automated bots to book appointments
9. Account Suspension or Termination
9.1 Business Can Remove You
A business may remove you from their loyalty program or restrict your booking privileges if:
- You repeatedly miss appointments without canceling
- You abuse the rewards system
- You violate their policies or terms
- You engage in abusive or harassing behavior
9.2 LoyalSiBes Can Suspend You
We may suspend your access to the platform if:
- You violate these Terms
- You use the platform for illegal activities
- You attempt to hack or compromise the system
- We receive multiple complaints from businesses about your behavior
9.3 What Happens to Your Points
If your account is suspended or terminated:
- Unused points may be forfeited
- Pending rewards may be canceled
- You may lose access to your transaction history
- You'll receive notification explaining the reason
10. Relationship Between You, the Business, and LoyalSiBes
10.1 LoyalSiBes is the Platform
LoyalSiBes provides the technology platform that connects you with businesses. We:
- DO NOT provide the actual services (haircuts, meals, repairs, etc.)
- DO NOT control business pricing, policies, or service quality
- DO NOT employ the business staff
- ARE NOT responsible for business decisions or actions
10.2 The Business is the Service Provider
The business you're booking with is solely responsible for:
- The quality of services provided
- Their business policies and terms
- Setting prices, appointments, and availability
- Handling customer service and complaints
- Honoring rewards and loyalty programs
10.3 Disputes with Businesses
If you have a problem with a business (service quality, pricing, staff behavior), please resolve it directly with them. LoyalSiBes cannot force a business to provide refunds, change their policies, or resolve service disputes.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations
11.1 Service "As Is"
LoyalSiBes provides the booking and loyalty platform "as is." We do not guarantee:
- That the service will be error-free or always available
- That appointment times will always be accurate
- That points calculations will never have errors
- That businesses will honor all rewards
11.2 Not Responsible For
LoyalSiBes is NOT responsible for:
- Service quality or business conduct
- Lost or stolen rewards
- Business closures or changes in ownership
- Errors in point calculations (though we'll help fix them)
- Expired or unavailable rewards
- Injuries or damages at business locations
- Internet or network issues preventing app access
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- We'll post the updated version on our website
- We'll update the "Last Updated" date
- We'll notify you through the app for significant changes
- Continued use means you accept the new terms
13. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use LoyalSiBes on your own. If you're under 18, your parent or guardian should review these Terms with you. Parents or guardians may create accounts on behalf of minors for appointment booking.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
